The MBxxS Series of Single Phase Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers come with a 0.5A average forward current rating and has peak reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V. Both Micro Commercial Component families come with wide operating junction and storage temperature ranges of -55 to +150ºC.
