MB10/ABS10/ABS20 Miniature Bridge Rectifiers Diodes Incorporated MB10/ABS10/ABS20 Miniature Bridge Rectifiers come in small form-factor of the MBS, MBF, and ABS packages. The MB10/ABS10/ABS20 series take up to 50% less board space than either one through-hole in-line bridges or four discrete rectifiers. The rectifiers provide low reverse leakage current (IR) down to 5μA, high forward current surge capability (IFSM) up to 60A, and high reverse breakdown voltage (VR) up to 1kV, which results in excellent power efficiency. The devices allow strong robustness and high reliability, coupled with glass passivated construction, which makes them ideal for cost-effective end-products including LED lights and AC/DC power chargers/adapters.
