These Micro Commercial Components are offered in two series (LMBxS or MBxxS) to offer a device that meets your bridge rectifier requirements. The LMBxS Series of Single Phase Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers come with a 1.0A average forward current rating and has peak reverse voltage ratings from 200V to 1000V. The MBxxS Series of Single Phase Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers come with a 0.5A average forward current rating and has peak reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V. Both Micro Commercial Component families come with wide operating junction and storage temperature ranges of -55 to +150ºC.
