New tendons available on the market since 2011 are protected by a special PA 12 material. This material is resistant to, among others, salt water and unfavorable weather conditions. Thanks to this, AL-KO brake cables have higher efficiency and longer service life. Additionally, the cable ends are protected against corrosion thanks to a special zinc-nickel coating.
