    TSic Temperature Sensor ICs Innovative Sensor Technology TSic Temperature Sensor ICs are fully calibrated and available with a digital, analog, or ratiometric output signal. These sensors provide superior accuracy, long-term stability, and low power consumption in an SOP-8 or TO92 package. The TSic 206/203/201/306/303/301 series offers ±0.3K or ±0.5K accuracy and a -50°C to +150°C operating temperature range. The TSic 506F/503F/501F modules have ±0.1K accuracy and a -10°C to +60°C operating temperature range. The TSic 716 variant features ±0.07K accuracy, -10°C to +60°C operating temperature range, and easy integration. The TSic 716 series is also capable of communicating over a distance of more than 10m. Innovative Sensor Technology TSic Temperature Sensor ICs are ideally used in handheld measurement instruments and mobile applications.
