MLX90367 Triaxis® Position Sensor ICs Melexis MLX90367 Triaxis® Position Sensor ICs are monolithic sensor ICs sensitive to the flux density applied orthogonally and parallel to the IC surface. The MLX90367 components are sensitive to three components of the flux density applied to the IC, which allow the sensor with the correct magnetic circuit to decode the absolute position of any moving magnet. This sensitivity enables the design of non-contacting position sensors that are frequently required for both automotive and industrial applications. The Melexis MLX90367 Triaxis® Position Sensor ICs provide SENT Frames encoded according to the Throttle sensor or Secure Sensor format. The circuit delivers enhanced serial messages providing error codes and user-defined values.
