HAC® & HAR® 3930 Stray-Field 3D Position Sensors TDK-Micronas HAC® 3930 and HAR® 3930 Stray-Field Robust 3D Position Sensors feature PWM or SENT output and measure 360° angular range, linear movements, and the 3D position information of a magnet. Based on Hall technology, these modules measure vertical and horizontal magnetic-field components and suppress external magnetic stray fields using an array of Hall plates. The HAC 3930 and HAR 3930 devices address the need for stray-field robust 3D position sensing (linear and angular) and ISO 26262-compliant development. Both products are defined as SEooC ASIL B ready according to ISO 26262, and the HAR 3930 can be integrated into automotive safety-related systems up to ASIL D.
