Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor has a 1.08V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 80nA idle current, and an operating range of 0% to 100% RH, -40°C to +125°C. Tape-and-reel packaging, combined with suitability for standard SMD assembly processes, make the SHT4x ideal for high-volume applications.
