Drive set - BLDC motor 48V 1000W + RED EDITION 4 controller - 48V 1000W POWER CARS ™ brand set
Brushless motor type BLDC 48V 1000W
Tuning controller for brushless motors 48V 1000W type Red Edition 4
Accelerator pedal with hall effect sensor
A set of a specially selected type of engine with a controller/controller with a power higher than the engine itself. This connection means that the controller does not block the engine's power and we obtain greater peak power, greater resistance to overloads and a longer life of the set. Recommended for driving and tuning electric vehicles, in particular POWER CARS, mini go-karts, scooters, mini quads, ATVs and the so-called pocket bikes 1tp.
The set is adapted to work with any type of power supply, such as gel and AGM gel batteries, sets built on Lipo cells, etc., etc.
Programming and connecting the controller - connect the controller according to the following order:
Controller power supply - two thick connect the red (plus) and black (minus) wires to the battery pack according to their colors (although the controller has its own protections, we suggest installing a MAXI fuse between the battery pack and the controller).
Motor - 3 thick wires powering the motor (green, blue , yellow) to their engine color equivalents
Hall sensors - connect the 6th foam cube in the controller (checking whether the cable colors match) to the 6th stem cube of the engine. If the motor does not have Hall sensor outputs, we skip this step.
Switch on the controller - connect the orange wire labeled 'Electric door lock' to the plus supplying the controller. The output between the battery positive and this wire can be connected to the ignition/switch.
Programming - engine detection - (IMPORTANT - at this point the handle/pedal cannot be connected to the controller): Method I - connect the white wires marked 'Intelligent recognition' ' for 10 seconds, during which the engine will start working and the controller will detect its parameters, then disconnect the white wires. If the motor is to run in the opposite direction, reconnect the white wires marked 'Intelligent recognition' for 10 seconds. Method II - manually turn the engine in the direction you are interested in so that the engine makes at least 2 revolutions, then connect the white wires marked 'Intelligent recognition' for 10 seconds and then disconnect them. After disconnecting the white wires, the controller is already programmed to work with the engine, we can connect the lever/pedal, etc.
Intended use - electric vehicles with DC 48V power supply:

Shift three speed gear - 3 forward gears 80% (black with gray), 100% (disconnected), 120% (black with pink)
Reverse gear - reverse gear
Low lever breake - connecting the brake / cuts off the controller when braking
High level brake - brake light sensor / detects voltage in the brake light circuit / cuts off the controller when braking
Anti theft alarm power - alarm power supply / additional DC output with a voltage equal to the installation voltage
Anti thef alarm signal - connecting modules alarm
Multiple data meter - speedometer sensor
Conventional meter - speedometer sensor
Internal functions of the controller:
Intelligent volage - automatic detection of 48 or 60V DC voltage
Super mute - control that silences the engine when starting and accelerating the vehicle
Undervoltage protection - battery protection - when the batteries approach their minimum voltage, the controller will cut off the power, protecting the batteries from full discharge and damage to the batteries.
Overcurrent protection - protection against too high current
Anti-Blocking function - a function that detects a stopped engine, which after 3 seconds disconnects the power supply, protecting both the motor and the controller against additional overload
MOS tube short circuit protection - automatic detection of damaged power amplifiers will turn off the controller when even one of them is damaged to protect the others.
Permanent power off - permanent power off, many others controllers, even though they are turned off, continue to draw power from the batteries until they are completely depleted, which ultimately damages the batteries.
