ITV9550 Surface-Mount Battery Management Fuses Littelfuse ITV9550 Surface-Mount Battery Management Fuses offer a 60A current rating, 85VDC maximum voltage rating, and 3 to 14 cells. These fuses protect against both overcurrent and overcharging and comprise a fuse element to ensure stable operation under normal electrical current and to cut off the current when overcurrent occurs. ITV9550 fuses have a resistive heating element that could be used in combination with voltage-detecting means, such as IC and FET. The heating element is electrically excited to generate heat to blow the fuse element to achieve overvoltage protection when overvoltage is detected.
