information for buyers of batteries: In accordance with the legal basis: ACT of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws 79, item 666, art. 54.p.-1-5, art. 55 p.1.) we are obliged to collect a deposit of PLN 30 if the old battery is not returned (the customer has 30 days to deliver the used battery, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited). It is also possible to provide a certificate of disposal of the old battery yourself, in which case the fee will not be charged or the deposit will be refunded. Battery prices do not include deposits.
