CHECKING AND FILLING DEVICE FOR HYDROACCULATORS[1375]

As a basic version, it meets many requirements. The universal gas tester and filler VGUPKIT is an irreplaceable device for most hydraulic accumulators available on the market.

It is used to check and fill the initial pressure of diaphragm, piston and diaphragm vessels.

To use it, it is screwed onto the battery relief valve and a high-pressure hose is connected to the nitrogen cylinder.

The device fits 5/8", 7/8", VG 8 connections and all tanks with an M28x1.5 filling connection.

Use: Before checking whether the gas pressure is changed, empty the tank.

Each set comes with an instruction manual incl. in English.

Checking and reducing the gas pressure: In this case, it is not necessary to connect a hose.

The device is equipped with a non-return valve that prevents gas from flowing through the hose connection.

Increasing the gas pressure: When we want to increase the pressure, we must have a sufficient amount of nitrogen cylinders with appropriate pressure.

If we do not have them, we can use a nitrogen charger to obtain the desired higher pressure.

Applicable safety regulations must be strictly observed.

The nitrogen used should have a purity level of 99.8%, commonly available nitrogen meets this condition.
