Hectometer for Elsor combine harvester MIZAR number: 72585
Speedometer with Elsor hectometer
The offered hectare meter belongs to the family of measuring devices from the Polish company ELSOR. This series of devices was created for machines that were not equipped with electronic measuring systems or whose original solutions in this area were irreversibly damaged. The hectare meter is dedicated to combine harvesters, but it can also be used in e.g. root harvesters.
The hectometer is used to control operating parameters such as:
- driving speed
- rotational speed of two mechanisms, e.g. thresher and windmill (0-1500 rpm)
- measurement of the area where agrotechnical treatment is carried out - efficiency ha/h
- distance traveled
- total area covered
A characteristic feature of the offered agricultural computer are four buttons in the upper part of the housing. Very often, the last passes of the combine harvester cover a field with a width smaller than the width of the header. The above-mentioned buttons are used to quickly switch the machine's working width multiplier: 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or 4/4 (), thanks to which the operator can make the correction needed to correctly count the area without interrupting work. Of course, the correction will apply to the previously set working width in the menu, e.g. if we set the header width to 4.0 m in the menu, pressing the last button will cause a meter of width to be counted during the journey. Ending the journey (raising the header) restores the default setting, i.e. the width of the entire header (4/4).
The device has been designed in such a way that the activation of area counting can be triggered in two ways (selectable in the menu): by lowering the header or achieving previously defined revolutions on a selected sensor (e.g. from the threshing machine). So, for example, we can choose to have the hectare meter count the area from the moment the thresher's revolutions reach 900 rpm.
Additionally, the device allows you to set a minimum rpm alarm; a drop in rpm to a defined level is signaled acoustically and optically by an LED on the front panel of the hectare meter.
The design of the device allows you to record measurements independently for 4 different fields and the total area covered. It also has a non-volatile memory, so the measurement data is not deleted even after disconnecting the device from the power supply.
The device has a large backlit display, also readable in bright sunlight.
Dimensions:
Device dimensions: 190x90x50
Main cable, 120 cm long, terminated with an SP21 circular connector.
Cables for inductive sensors, approx. 10 meters long.
Cable for contact sensor, approx. 2.5 meters long.
The speed measurement set includes 3 inductive sensors with a mounting diameter of 12 mm - they do not require a magnet for proper operation, range - up to 4 mm.
Designed to measure the revolutions of: the road wheel - to indicate speed, distance and area (after calibration according to the instructions), and two independent mechanisms, e.g. a threshing machine and a wind blower
A reed sensor is used to monitor the position of the header (lowered / raised). A Polish-made device, made of high-quality components.
The set includes:
Hectare meter (control and counting system)
Inductive sensor x3
Reed sensor x1
