Description

HSP chains are more durable due to the way the pins are forged, they are forged on four sides, not on two sides, like typical AH chains. Used, for example, in combine harvester drives. Can be used interchangeably for A and AH chains. Roller chain, single-row Galla, drive, inch.

Hardening makes the chains stronger and lasts longer. This process takes place under special supervision, thanks to which ideal parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid are ensured.

This is due to the fit of the pins with the plates, with an accuracy of up to a micron. Thanks to this, the chain works efficiently - the links do not break out and there is no slack. Precise grinding of the chain's cylindrical elements protects it against crushing and abrasion of the cylindrical elements.

Increased resistance to breaking.

All pins are forged with appropriate, repeatable force. If the chain is too tight, it may damage other components of the chain, while if it is too weak, it may break the chain. Repeatable crimping force, thanks to the automated process, guarantees that each chain link is identical and perfect

Perfect cooperation with the wheels.

Accurate and repeatable distances between the pins ensure that the chain fits perfectly on the wheel, thus not damaging the wheel teeth.
