- Chemical composition testing - the raw material plays the most important role in achieving the desired mechanical properties. All samples of raw material batches are checked each time before ordering the required quantity. A dedicated laboratory conducts a thorough check on the composition of different grades of steel.- Hardness testing measures whether the hardness obtained is within the recommended range or not. Different grades of steel produce different levels of hardness. This means that the strength and durability of the disk vary.- Axiality Testing - This is done to ensure that there is no axial deviation of the points on the edge of the disk in a plane, parallel to the axis of the disk, as the disk is rotated about its center.- Eccentricity Test - this test allows you to identify the radial deviation of points on the edge of the disk in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the disk when it rotates around its center. - The visual and dimensional test checks the size, thickness, concavity, hole attachment, chamfer length, bevel angle, and checks for possible cracks.
