HB-1040 V-belt

Normal profile V-belts are used in the V-belt transmission. In cross-section, they have the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, which ensures a high value of friction force with low initial tension of the belt and very good cooperation between the belt and the pulleys.

Application:

Heavy-duty gearboxes operating under frequent overloads, e.g. single- and double-cylinder piston pumps and compressors, jacks, lifts, etc. Wherever a strong and durable V-belt is needed.

Properties:

Morga V-belts with "B" profile they are made of rubber based on rubber with good compression resistance and high elasticity. The core of the belt is made of rubber mixtures with textile filling, providing additional deformation and compression resistance. Additional wrapping with cotton-polyester fabric with high elasticity and low abrasion increases the life of the belts.
