HB-1900 V-belt

Normal-profile V-belts are used in V-belt transmission.

In cross-section, they have the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, which ensures a high value of friction force with low initial tension of the belt and very good cooperation between the belt and the pulleys.

Properties

Belts Morga wedges with a "B" profile are made of rubber based on caoutchoucs with good compression resistance and high flexibility. The core of the belt is made of rubber mixtures with textile filling, providing additional deformation and compression resistance. Additional wrapping with cotton-polyester fabric with high elasticity and low abrasion increases the life of the belts.
