Carburized and induction hardened surface makes the balls have a longer life and are more resistant to abrasion.

The process takes place under a special supervision, thanks to which ideal parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid are ensured.

Extended service life.

This is due to the material used, which is resistant to cracking and hardened only on the surface, thanks to which the ball is resistant to damage resulting from heavy loads.

Surface hardening prevents abrasion of the ball surface during operation, but does not cause the ball itself to become brittle.

Corrosion resistance.

All balls are subjected to an appropriate galvanizing process, ensuring high resistance to weather conditions.
