In 1999, the bearing department was separated from the structure of Impexmetal and a separate company was established called Impex-Łożyska Sp. z o. o. In 2007, the name was changed to FŁT Polska Sp. z o. o., the process of creating the FŁT BEARING GROUP was completed, which included foreign companies operating in the sector of rolling bearings and their parts for many years in England, France, Germany and Italy.
