These MCUs feature up to 1MB code flash memory with dual-bank, background and SWAP operation, 8KB data flash memory, and 256KB SRAM with parity. These highly integrated devices include a wide range of connectivity options, including Ethernet with integrated MAC, USB 2.0 Full-Speed, SPI and Quad SPI, I2C, and CAN 2.0B. The RA6E1 MCUs also incorporate Arm TrustZone® security and safety features along with a 12-bit A/D converter (ADC12) and a 12-bit D/A converter (DAC12).
