This general-purpose series offers a long life of 4000 hours at +125°C. The modules are a hybrid type with radial leads and package dimensions ranging from 8mm x 9mm to 10mm x 15mm. The PZJ series is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. Other features include a 25VDC to 63VDC rated voltage range and 47µF to 820µF capacitance range with ±20% (+20°C, 120Hz) tolerance. Rubycon PZJ lead-wire AECs operate in a category temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
