The filter sponge is delivered in sheets (700x500mm). The height has been adapted to most sponge air filters and is 14 mm.

The sheets are made of special filter foam with a density of ~25kg/m3, resistant to water, gasoline, engine oils (mineral and synthetic).

Thanks to their calibrated cell sizes, uniform cellular structure and three-dimensional network, this foam is ideal for filtering air in motorcycle air intake systems. Calibrated open cell sizes guarantee high filtering efficiency, and the three-dimensional network works perfectly in high dust conditions, without reducing the pressure in the intake system .

The foam can be shaken, washed and rinsed many times using generally available detergents (soap, dishwashing liquid or special liquids for washing sponge filters). Do not use benzene, ethanol or chloroform to clean the foam!
