AVR® EA Family Microcontrollers (MCUs) Microchip Technology AVR® EA Family Microcontrollers (MCUs) use the AVR® CPU with hardware multiplier running at clock speeds of up to 20MHz. These come with 64KB of Flash, 6KB of SRAM and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The microcontrollers are available in 28-, 32- and 48-pin packages. The AVR EA Family uses the current technologies from Microchip with a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System, accurate analog subsystems, and advanced digital peripherals.
