RX140 32-bit Ultra-Low-Power RXv2 MCUs Renesas RX140 32-bit Ultra-Low-Power RXv2 Microcontrollers (MCUs) support the lowest power consumption while improving the general-purpose RX100 series. Enhanced performance is achieved with the switch from the RXv1 to the RXv2 core, which raises the clock rate from 32MHz to 48MHz. The RX140 achieved a CoreMark score of 204, a dramatic performance improvement over the RX130 CoreMark score of 108. RX140 operates with 1.8mA current consumption at 32MHz operation, reducing more than 30% from the RX130's current consumption of 3.1mA.
