MSP430F532x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers (MCUs) Texas Instruments MSP430F532x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers (MCUs) are ultra-low-power MCUs that are configured with an integrated 3.3V LDO, four 16-bit timers, a high-performance 12-bit ADC, and two USCIs. They also include a hardware multiplier, DMA, and an RTC module with alarm capabilities. The Texas Instruments MSP430F5328, MSP430F5326, and MSP430F5324 include all of these peripherals but have 47 I/O pins. The devices feature a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that contribute to maximum code efficiency. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) allows the devices to wake up from low-power modes to active mode in 3.5µs (typical). The MSP430F532x-EP devices have gold bondwires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and include a SnPb lead finish
